How Can I Get Your Software?

You'd simply go to the pricing page, once you go to the pricing page you'd add the software to your cart and check out.

Do I need an EFIN to join LuxeLogic Tax Suite?

No! If you don’t have an EFIN yet, we help you through the application process step by step — and once your EFIN is approved, you’ll receive your software.

If I switch to LuxeLogic, will I lose my clients or brand?

After Purchasing, What Is The Process?

Once you purchase the software through our website, you will receive an email containing a software registration form. This form is required to set up your software. After completing the form, you will receive a follow-up email with your company admin login credentials and an option to schedule a call with one of our experts for a guided walkthrough on how to use the software effectively.

When Will I Receive My Software?

Software is pushed out via email within 24-48 hours of purchase.

Is There A Background Check?

The only background check is to obtain your EFIN. You can do so by going to the IRS website. We provide assistance obtaining your EFIN upon request.

How Much Is The Background Check?

The background check at a FieldPrint location in your zip code is FREE through the IRS website.

Is LuxeLogic only for experienced tax pros?

Nope! We help both new and seasoned tax professionals.Whether you're switching from another software or just getting started, we’ll guide you through every step.

Can I use my own branding on the software?

Yes! You’ll get abranded mobile app and login portalwith YOUR logo and business name. We believe in helping tax pros build THEIR brand — not ours. Option to Co-Brand the software as well for an additional price.

Are There Any Trainings?

There are self-paced training available that goes through software, banking, and tax.

Are There Any Banking Products?

Yes, there are banking products available to offer your clients. Offer advances up to $7,000 to your clients through.

Can I Offer Refund Advances?

Do You Have Mentorship?

At this time, we do not offer a mentorship program. However, we are available to answer your quick questions.

You can hire as many preparers as you'd like. It would be ideal if you have a manageable amount of preparers, as all returns should be reviewed before submission.
